08.09.2023 an unforgettable date! We chose the Casale immediately after seeing it, its immense beauty struck us! We were immediately struck by the kindness and professionalism with which we were welcomed, Vittorio is a fantastic person, he was a guide for us, from the organization to the day of the wedding. The food and attention to detail were impeccable, the guests complimented us and still, all of us, remember that day with immense joy. Our thanks go to Luca and Cristian who impeccably managed the room and were at our side for the entire duration of the ceremony. Thanks to Laura and Sabrina who gently and professionally guided us in choosing the menu and the setup. Finally, we thank all the Casale staff. On December 30, 2023 we got married in this wonderful place, we experienced a fairytale wedding. The attention to detail, elegance, professionalism and refinement create a sublime atmosphere. Everything was perfect. We thank all the staff for making us feel at home straight away, following us with care and professionalism, in particular Sabrina, Laura and Cristian. It's never too difficult to write a review, whether positive or negative. It never is because either in one or the other case you have very clear ideas on what to write and on the direction to give to the review itself. For the Casale, perhaps for the first time, I have quite a few difficulties. Not because I don't know the direction, but simply because after almost a month I can't find a single thing that didn't go the way I imagined. And the difficulty lies precisely in this... the review is too reductive to explain everything. There are no words that can express the suggestion that that place transmits. There is no poem or song that can encapsulate the whirlwind of emotions that one feels when celebrating the civil ceremony there. A month later, the guests are still talking about it. Their eyes are still shining with emotion. The structure deserves, it deserves a lot, but this is a fact. I would also spend a few words on: - Vittorio: love at first sight. With my husband, in particular, it was a real love at first sight. They looked at each other and understood each other with just their gaze. He immediately made us feel at home, with the addition of being pampered and treated like kings and queens. Our every wish came true. I still remember when he showed us the room on the big day... he was almost as moved as we were. There is nothing more beautiful than feeling understood. Its an added value. - Sabrina: her advice on choosing the first course was fundamental. How amazing she was in choosing the various angles. Available and collaborative. - Laura: poor thing for how precise and at times heavy-handed I was... she followed me in my every desire. From the type of flower for the civil ceremony, then also taken up in the room, to the double placeholder. The wedding bags located in a point where they were even more beautiful than on their own. Very sweet in trying to satisfy us on the mise en place. Not to mention the preparation of the corners where the wedding theme was repeated, without falling into redundancy, up to the cutting of the cake 🥹 she was able to find a blow... I remember hugging her with all my heart. - Cristian: our guardian angel. He was always there ready to fulfill our every request. It was flawless in everything. Maybe you'll only find out now by reading the review, but when I changed my hair, it gave me so much tranquility and serenity that I didn't go crazy due to being absent for too long in the room. - Chef Simone de Stefano: we didn't have the opportunity to thank him personally, but if the wedding went so well it's also thanks to him. Every dish was taken care of down to the smallest detail and the enjoyment of every bite was spectacular. For the little bit we ate it was all delicious, but according to the guests there wasn't anything that wasn't eaten with gusto. We hope to return as guests for the happiness of our palates and our bellies too 🥰 - Sommelier: we don't remember his name and for this reason we apologize, but his skill certainly hasn't gone unnoticed by anyone. Guests still continue to praise him for how exhaustive he was in explaining the types of wine and the Cuban corner. To these we must add the efficiency and availability of every other member of the staff present in the room that day. Nothing was left to chance!!! Indisputable location, wonderful at 360 degrees. We got married on 10.13.23 and it was a perfect ceremony in all its parts. All the staff showed us their availability, professionalism, courtesy, kindness, smiles and much more at all times. They pampered us all day, the guests were super happy. The food, I won't tell you... excellent! I would recommend all future couples to get married at the Casale... because feeling at home not being at home is a feeling of extreme tranquility.
